The Webb County Heritage Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Architectural Services for a general review and identification of conditions requiring urgent attention, if any; development of floor plans and elevations per existing conditions; assessment of historic features; development of a budget and preliminary plan for stabilization of the structures located at 801 and 805 Grant Street, Laredo, Texas 78040 and as further set out in the Scope of Services herein.
